Well, Element is reforming here on Underfail server. We're mainly going to try to push a kick ass 10 man, but by the attention we're receiving, it looks like it might end up being a 25 man. Either we will have one big 25 man or (2) 10 man groups pushing the content.

What we will more than likely try to do is start off for the first 30 or so days with 2 groups to learn the content and build some guild synergy, then put the 2 groups together and start blowing up some 25 mans. We're only interested in top notch players. I'm not recruiting sub par players, so if someone isn't holding their weight, they're on the bench.

I know your ability to play this game, so you have an open invite. Please let me know what your thoughts are and we'll go from there. If you are interested, and know of anyone that knows wtf they're doing, get with me and we'll see about bringing them in too. I will be taking a much more active approach this time around with <Element> so everyone had better be on their toes. I'm not looking to be server first anymore. I want top 10 world first if at all possible. Easier said than done, yes ... but I think that the players we have on board so far, we have the potential to compete.

Haven't really decided what I'll be playing in Cata and the guild im in, although I enjoy it is considering going the 10man route. I'm fine with that but if I'm playing in a 10 man progression guild, I'd like to be with people I know are good. Not people that I have to bite my tongue about the stupid shit they're doing.

Let me chat with some friends but as far as what I'd be playing... It'd probably be a resto druid. Perhaps moonkin but I'm not really a dps kinda girl. More along the lines of what the guild would need. Let me know, but yes, I'm interested and it sounds pretty sweet to be playing with you guys again.

Plus, I've already got a druid on TheUnderbad. ^.^

We're not going all gung ho just yet. Still a month or so before Cata launches so in that time frame we're all just messing around doing our own thing. As we get closer to Cata, things will get a bit more crazy around here. Good to hear you're wanting to be on board. We're going to blow some shit up. Deathwing is already buying an insurance policy because he knows we're coming.
